We take on complete projects as well as individual trades, coordinating the work so customers have one professional team to deal with. Whether you are creating more space, modernising a tired property or repairing an existing building, we focus on preparation, accurate setting-out, clean workmanship and a finish you can be proud of.
Extensions & Building
Kitchen extensions, rear extensions, structural alterations, brickwork, blockwork, foundations, groundworks and general building. We plan the job around the property and the customer's priorities.
Roofing & Loft Work
Flat and pitched roofing, torch-on systems, fibreglass work, roof repairs, rooflights, fascia, timber work, loft conversions and dormer projects, with careful attention to weatherproofing.
Bathrooms
Complete bathroom transformations including strip-out, plumbing, shower installations, sanitaryware, waterproof boards, tiling, flooring and final finishing.
Kitchens & Renovations
Kitchen renovations, room alterations, open-plan improvements, plastering, flooring, tiling and finishing work designed to make the space practical as well as visually strong.
Plastering & Drylining
Plasterboard, drywall, skimming, repairs and preparation work. We concentrate on solid backgrounds, clean corners and a smooth surface ready for decoration.
Tiling & Flooring
Wall and floor tiling including large-format tiles, detailed setting-out, wet-area preparation, underfloor-heating preparation and accurate finishing around edges and fittings.
Carpentry & Timber Work
First-fix and second-fix timber work, roof carpentry, studwork, boxing, doors, trims and practical finishing details that bring a project together.
Plumbing & Electrical
Plumbing works, radiators and associated installation work, plus first-fix and second-fix electrical work where required. Electrical certification can be arranged as part of the project.
Exterior & Groundworks
Driveways, fencing, landscaping, external repairs and groundwork projects. We can coordinate the outside work alongside extensions and wider property renovations.

Where appropriate, we assess the property, scope the work and provide a clear quotation so you understand what is included before starting.

Materials, trades, access and site requirements are organised before the main work begins, helping the project run efficiently.
04 · Build & manage
Jazz handles customer communication, paperwork and coordination while Jashan helps manage site work and the team on the ground.
05 · Quality finishing
We pay particular attention to the visible details — straight lines, clean joints, accurate setting-out, tidy edges and a professional final finish.
06 · Final handover
We walk through the completed work, address outstanding finishing points and leave the customer with a clear understanding of what has been completed.

We work on everything from smaller repair and finishing jobs to larger renovation and extension projects. Typical projects include kitchen extensions, bathroom renovations, loft conversions, roofing, plastering, full-room renovations, tiling, flooring and exterior improvements.

Jazz handles the business side of J&J Projects Ltd, including quotations, paperwork, customer communication and project coordination. Jashan is our Site Manager, helping manage site work, trades and the team on the ground. Together, the aim is simple: keep the customer informed while keeping the site moving.

Do you provide free quotations?
Yes. We can discuss your requirements and, where a site assessment is needed, arrange a visit before preparing the quotation.
Can you supply materials?
Yes. We can source and coordinate many of the materials required for the project, depending on the job and specification.
Can you manage several trades?
Yes. For suitable projects we can coordinate building, plastering, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tiling, roofing and finishing stages.
Do you work outside Birmingham?
Yes. We regularly cover Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Nottingham and surrounding areas, subject to the project.
Can I send photos before arranging a visit?
Absolutely. Photos, measurements and a short description can help us understand the job before we arrange the next step.
Do you take on small jobs?

From coordinating the lads on site to keeping an eye on workmanship, sequencing and practical site requirements, Jashan plays an important role in turning the plan into the finished result.
